You might work well with Kimberley if…
You are seeking therapy that is collaborative, compassionate, and open to depth. You may be exploring identity, past experiences, relationships, or non-ordinary states of consciousness, and are looking for a therapist who values autonomy, integration, and ethical, trauma-informed care.
Kimberley is an integrative psychotherapist offering online therapy, committed to creating a safe and welcoming space where all aspects of you are invited and respected.
Your autonomy is central to Kimberley’s work. She collaborates closely with clients to develop a personalised therapeutic approach that reflects individual needs, values, and goals. Kimberley views psychotherapy as a journey of self-discovery, honouring the complexity and richness of the human experience as a foundation for meaningful growth and change.
Rather than focusing solely on problem-solving, Kimberley understands therapy as a space to cultivate self-compassion for all parts of the self, explore how past experiences shape present patterns, and develop resilience for a more fulfilling and connected life.
Kimberley draws on a range of integrative and trauma-informed approaches, including Attachment-based therapy, Psychodynamic and Somatic therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Transpersonal models. Her work is grounded in a person-centred foundation, ensuring that each client’s needs remain at the forefront of the therapeutic process.
She supports clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and existential or spiritual questions. Kimberley also incorporates harm reduction principles and the thoughtful integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness into her work, where appropriate.
Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Psychotherapy and Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Group Facilitation. She has additional training in Interpersonal Group Psychotherapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Metacognition, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies. She previously served as Education Director for the Australian Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Practitioners, reflecting her leadership and commitment to ethical practice in emerging therapeutic fields.
Born in London and of mixed heritage, Kimberley’s diverse background includes living and working internationally and founding an NGO. These experiences support her capacity to work sensitively with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. Her personal meditation practice and training in permaculture inform her appreciation of interconnectedness — between individuals, communities, and the wider ecological systems in which we are all embedded.
Kimberley works exclusively online, offering psychotherapy to clients across Australia. Online therapy allows for flexibility, accessibility, and continuity of care, particularly for those living remotely, managing busy lives, or seeking therapy from the comfort of their own space.
